Q:  How do I cancel or make changes to my Stress Free Scholars Subscription?

A:  You can make changes to your account by visiting https://doctorthom.paywhirl.com   

​

There, you can cancel your membership, as well as change your contact information, method of payment, see past payments.  If you did not create a password when during your checkout process, you can simply create a login for your account.  IMPORTANT NOTE: please make sure to use the same email you used during checkout.

Q: I have not received an invitation to join the Stress Free Scholars group on Facebook.

​

A:  Adding members to the private group is done manually, and while we almost always add new members quickly (often within the day) it can sometimes take us a few days to do so.  However, if it has been longer than three business days since you signed up and you still have not received anything, please email us at thom@doctorthom.com
